I'll tell ya, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They even brought us extra towels when we needed it – which is hard to come by in some places.

The breakfast was decent. bacon was crispy and coffee was hot. The carpet in the room was neat, however, the overall cleanliness left much to be desired.

It wasn’t cheap but honestly not worth the price we paid.

The front desk staff were exceptional, especially Grace, who provided attentive service when we encountered an issue. The location was fantastic, with numerous dining options within walking distance. However, breakfast lacked variety, with cold meats being the only consistent offering. Although the room was spacious enough for our family of six, it would benefit from more efficient housekeeping to enhance the experience.

Perfect Spot for Families Enjoying LA

Loved the location. It was close to all the places we wanted to go. Seriously, just 20 minutes to Universal Studios and Dodgers stadium. My kids were all smiles during breakfast and splashing around in the pool, which is just what we needed. The staff was super nice and didn’t skip a beat, always greeting us with a smile, no matter the hour.

During my 5-night stay, I found the room clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, the shower water temperature fluctuated often, and there was no microwave in the room, which would have been helpful for our family. The parking cost was higher than expected, which was a downside.

My family had a great stay with a perfect location just a short walk from a massive mall and various dining options. The room was spacious and clean, allowing us to relax comfortably. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, quickly bringing up a microwave when we requested one. However, breakfast options could use some improvement in variety.

Friendly staff made our stay enjoyable, and the comfortable King Room with Sofa Bed was a great choice for our family. The area is quiet and safe for walking, with the Americana Brand shopping center nearby offering fantastic dining options. Unfortunately, the breakfast left much to be desired with poorly presented items, and cleaning service was lacking during our four-night stay.
